New build 86 bed assisted living care home, with individual apartments, central catering, dining, laundry and retail spaces. The M&E design included using the smoke ventilation system to provide natural ventilation to corridors to prevent overheating which is a common problem with assisted living and care home developments.

Duties: Full detail design, including thermal modelling and natural ventilation modelling of internal corridors.
