A new build, nine storey, 103 bed student accommodation scheme on a gateway site to Nottingham city centre. This was a complex site where due to strict planning criterial internal acoustic levels and air quality needed careful consideration. BEC provided full M&E design services for installation by the M&E services contractor. The scope included, but not limited to, design of the main heating plant and distribution, apartment ventilation, smoke ventilation, domestic water services, lighting and small power and external services.
