New build Tennis club consisting of four internal and eight external floodlit courts, gym, changing areas and social areas. M&E services consisted of heat recovery ventilation, specialist court lighting, comfort cooling and gas fire warm air heating.

Duties: Providing full mechanical and electrical services design for the M&E services contractor. Services provided include thermal modelling for Building Regulations Compliance and to calculate PV required for a compliant scheme.
