New build student development which consists of around 140 student units. The hot water design was based around air source heat pumps and central gas fired plant to allow the building to be electrically heated whilst still being compliant with Part L2A.

Duties: Full detail design including site monitoring, SBEM, thermal modelling, and EPC.
