New build multi-million pound leisure centre in Market Rasen located on a British heritage site. BEC carried out a full detailed design of mechanical and electrical services. The new sports facility consists of a 4-court sports hall, fitness suites, multi-use room, changing facility and an external 3G pitch.

Duties: Full detail design including an assessment of existing infrastructure.
