New build football coaching facilities including changing areas, shower block, external lit 3G pitches and grass pitches. Pavilion buildings comprised of a mixture of electric heating, central hot water storage and full LED lighting.

Duties: Providing full mechanical and electrical services design for Northants FA. This  includes thermal modelling for Building Regulations Compliance, full M&E design and infrastructure coordination for gas, water, electricity, LPG, BT and Virgin Media.
