New build 110 bed student accommodation block in the vicinity of University of Leicester.

The project was the winner of ProCon Leicester Awards for the large residential project of the year 2018 category.

The scheme incorporates energy-saving technology, including high efficiency heat recovery ventilation systems, air source heat pumps for hot water pre-heating, and solar PV panels.

Duties: Full detail design client-side with later novation to the contractor.
