New build 62 bed care home in Bath consisting of bedrooms with en-suites, communal dining, lounges and cinema. Back of house areas include full commercial kitchen and laundry. BEC have designed the full M&E services including nurse call and access control systems.

Duties: Full detail design, including thermal modelling and natural ventilation modelling, to assess compliance for summertime overheating.
