Client: ASHE Construction

Located in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire, the development was for a new nine classroom block extension to increase school places within the high school.

The scheme comprised of a main reception, foyer, staff offices, external plaza and nine new additional classrooms. An energy efficient building services installed including low energy lighting, high efficiency boilers and radiant panels.

Duties: Full detail design to Stage 4, reviewing contractors site works and witness testing.
