A complex project which involved the conversion of a Grade II listed psychiatric hospital into care home apartments. BEC provided a performance specification at Stage 3 before completion of full M&E design services for installation. The scope included, but not limited to, design of the community heating plant and distribution, apartment ventilation, smoke ventilation, domestic water services, lighting and small power, warden call, external services.
