Client: Myriad CEG Group

The Jockey Club is the largest commercial group in British horse racing. BEC completed full mechanical design which included the incorporation of a new biomass boiler to connect to the existing boiler plant within the existing jockey club and workshop plantrooms. The new biomass boiler was designed to interface with the existing heating system and calorifiers to provide heating and domestic hot water services.

Duties: Mechanical detail design including, survey of existing plantrooms, checks on existing equipment, coordination of new incoming supplies, mechanical services design and controls strategy.
