New build 14 classroom school with hall and catering kitchen facilities. Constructed on newly acquired site which forms part of a 5 phase homes development in Wixams, Bedford. The school was designed to be a low energy school with a natural ventilation strategy, full LED lighting scheme and Photovoltaic renewables strategy.

Duties: Full building services detail design, including thermal modelling and natural ventilation modelling.
