BEC completed the full electrical design for the development of new research facility at Cambridge Research Park. The project included the provision of three separate units, Y1, Z1 and Z2, which were completed in different phases. Unit Z1 and Z2 are specific office block developments whilst unit Y1 consisted of a large warehouse area with associated two-story office development which was highly serviced with research and test areas.
