New build, three storey, 28 apartments residential development located on Canal Street, Leicester. One of the main challenges was to develop this site adjacent to rather noisy industrial neighbours whist maintaining a peaceful and satisfactory living environment. This was achieved with a combination of acoustic glazing and acoustically treated mechanical ventilation.

Duties: RIBA stage 1-5, full M&E detail design.
