Refurbishment of offices back to high CAT A standard. The existing chilled water fan coils took some considerable effort to reconfigure due to inherent issues with the building’s chilled water and ductwork systems after many years of alteration and expansion.

Project included complete removal and refitting of toilet areas to an exceptionally high standard. Reception was refurbished with new lighting and alterations to ventilation and cooling.

Duties: Full detail design, including thermal modelling and natural ventilation modelling.

Refurbishment of offices within the existing building. The main challenge was to connect to the rather dated central infrastructure to create a modern high density office environment. The curved back lit feature wall is particularly impressive in real life.

BEC were appointed to survey the existing M&E systems and to design reinstatement works after extensive fire damage to the building. We had to source a bespoke light fittings manufacturer to match the existing as they were obsolete.
