Client: Leicester City Council 

Conversion of disused offices in an historic city centre building into a number of small office and business units. Heating is via a central boiler system. All other services are designed on a unit-by-unit basis for ease of sub metering.

Duties: Full detail design for the M&E contractor including SBEM and EPCs.
