The existing factory has been extended into an adjacent warehouse facility nearly twice the size of the existing factory. The new facility provides three production lines for glass and plastic bottles. BEC have designed the M&E services strategy for both the base building, and to accommodate the production lines. Ventilation being a huge challenge in this type of food production environment.

Duties: M&E strategy design, and Client’s representative for reviewing the M&E contractors detail design drawings and calculations. We were also employed by the pipework contractor to design the pipework services and to coordinat the M&E service routes.
