Creating offices in three adjacent buildings to provide working space for around 400 employees at Sky. A challenging project that not only required the ventilation and lighting zones to be very slim to allow a mezzanine to be installed, but also working for the M&E contractor under very tight timescale to deliver a successful project on time.

Duties: Full detail design for the M&E contractor, including thermal modelling to ensure the building performed as intended with such a high level of occupancy.
